By the time most companies go looking for this kind of operator, something has already slipped. The better version is earlier: someone walks in, finds what's actually costing you growth, and fixes the structure before it turns into a crisis. That's the full-time role I'm after, hands directly on the problem. If your company is anywhere near that point, I'd love a conversation.
That includes AI. Plenty of companies are overhauling their entire infrastructure to chase AI-first. I apply the tools, or build them myself, where they amplify what you're already great at, and I use them to unconstrain the business around it.
